- 5 / 5By Willliam CummingMy favorite restaurant in Western North Carolina! It is a hidden gem in that if you just drove by it, you would never know there was a 4-star gourmet restaurant inside. It's fame spreads hy word o mouth. You will need reservations well in advance, as it is small a limited seating. I believe you can eat on the back porch in the summer without reservations, which would be very pleasant. The menu changes daily and there are always sever imaginative small plate combinations, It is expensive (plan on at least $100 for two) hut well worth it for the best food around.June 21, 2016
