There was 10 seconds left till 4 o'clock (happy hour) and we asked to wait till 4 to purchase kava, so we could receive $1 off. The employee was rude and after purchase said, "you can't tip after I just waited for you". This will be the last time we go. Customers there act like they are high on drugs. Bad atmosphere.
