  Service was not what I expected. Our server wasn't all that busy and never came back to check on us until the very end. The food was great though.

  Great food! Great staff! Had a short wait at lunch but these people are getting tables cleaned and people seated very quickly. Ill definitely be back next time im in town

  Traveling through Ashville gives the opportunity to eat at a variety of places, but if you need your BBQ fix, this is the place. The stars of the show were the ribs that were not overcooked and perfectly cooked with wood, according to the waitress and the best brisket that I have had in a restaurant, including a few in Texas. I know that those are fighting words, but this was truly special.
  
  The pork and chicken were over sauced IMO. Their sweet sauce is definitely not your typical Western NC sauce, but it grew on me.
  
  The andouille sausage seemed homemade and good but without the heat that I would expect.
