  My family and I we're very excited to see a dominos going in by our house. We have only been able to get papa johns up until now. Pap johns is ok but we have been a fan of dominos for some time. Earlier this week we ordered a med pan pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. It got to the house in about thirty minutes and when I opened the box there was spectacular super cheese and pepperoni pizza. It was hands down the best pizza I have ever had. Today, Friday two days later I ordered the same pizza again and added an order of buffalo chicken bites. This time it took about 45-50 min to get to the house which is understandable because it's Friday. When I opened the box I got a not so cheesy,crappy looking cold pizza that was disappointing. The buffalo chicken bites were soggy and cold as well. I called dominos to talk to a manager and bring this to there attention. I talked to Thomas the manager explained my complaint and how wonderful the last pizza was. His answer or reply was "yeah ok that can happen". So he basicly told me they only had two drivers and my food sat around for a half an hour before it was delivered. I'm not one to try and scam the pizza man out of a free pizza and wasn't my intention but at least an apology would have been nice. I love dominos pizza and will be ordering again and would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the manager Thomas and his whatever that happens attitude.
