  Ordered a tea and a Coke. Tea was slightly brown water, Coke was slightly brown carbonated water. Ordered a pizza. 30 mins later waitress comes out and says the pizza burnt and another was in the oven. We were the only people in there. 20 mins later pizza comes out like a bread bowl of soup and the mushrooms were out of a can. No thanks.

  So it shows there are 2 reviews ahead of mine - the first one gave 1 star, the second one is not visible - yet it shows 5 stars for reviews? How can that be? Here's the REAL DEAL: the pizza is FANTASTIC the service is pitiful and the layout of the restaurant is poor. My wife and I were there this past Sunday - there was one guy (who seemed to be relatively "new" at his position) trying to handle just about everything and everyone. The people who DID know what they were doing seemed to be oblivious to giving attention to any of the customers. We felt so sorry for "new guy" as he struggled to manage all that was being asked of him. We were not the only customers who were confused by the service - we saw several sit in the back part of the restaurant who, after being seated, had to eventually come to the front counter to place their order because no one had waited on them. We were right next to the front counter and had to do the same. As for "atmosphere" - the large screen TV was aimed towards the kitchen and in a poor location for any patrons to view. As well, the music was also from speakers in the kitchen and not in the dining area. Who are you trying to serve by doing that - your staff or your customers? I hate to sound so negative but its only because I truly want this place to succeed - not fail. The pizza is AWESOME - but the "dining experience" was dreadful. If you need help in managing and training people in customer service - let me know - I'll do it for a couple of free pizzas.
