It took twenty minutes for the cashier to say one word and she was standing there staring at the floor. I had to repeat my order several times because she kept getting distracted with an employee who had just walked in the lobby. He went back to work w/o washing his hands and didn't wear any gloves while handling the food. The food took 15 minutes to come out and the fries were cold. This restaurant needs attention and retraining from higher-ups in their company. I've worked fast food for years and this is unacceptable.December 04, 2016
