Girl was texting on her cell phone too when we came to order. She had short black hair but unfortunately I didn't get her name. When I asked if they changed how to make a latte she very sternly said "that's the only way I've ever been taught to make it." She not only free poured it, she did so in the manner you make a flat white. Very disappointing to see what's becoming "acceptable" behavior of a Starbucks employee!!July 12, 2016
