  Ordered thru the app at 6:07pm, confirmation said it would be here by 6:52pm, and it finally arrived at 7:28pm! I called and spoke with the manager at 7:10 to let her know that the driver called and said he was at Mission Hospital and the people in room 311 said they didnt order a pizza. Funny, cause Im at Best Western Hotel, 20 minutes from the hospital, in a totally different room#! She was so rude....she didnt even listen because she said, " well the reason its late is because there are trees down all over the place, and our deliveries are running almost an hour. I don't care what on line told you"(yes...she said online) I'm thinking to myself, Lady, I'm less than 2 miles from you! There were no trees down between here and there! But I told her again, that her driver is in the wrong place, wrong room number, where i was & the room number, and she told me that he was a new driver and he had 2 deliveries. Then she told me that what I was telling her was suspicious, and she had to call her driver because she didnt think he called me and told me all of that. When the pizza arrived it was cold and soggy!! I paid for it, and the driver asked if i needed change, and I told him yes. He stands there and looks at me and then says, "well how much do you need back?" ALL OF IT YOU DOOF!! Then he gives me $2 and says I dont have "change change"
  
  So not only was my pizza over 30 minutes late, the manager was rude, called me a liar, lied to me.....but the driver cant give me correct change and expected a tip?!?! NEVER AGAIN!!
