  No one was moving, waited 5 minutes in the drive thru and no cars moved. Went inside and ordered. It took them 14 minutes - no exaggeration (I ordered at 12:49 and got my food at 1:03) - to get my happy meal. The "cooks" were just standing around. The cashier that I ordered with was complaining she was sick, wasn't greeting anyone and was just miserable. While I was waiting for my food a couple with 2 small bits walked in and waited 10 minutes without even so much as being greeted by anyone behind the counter. We will NOT be returning here, despite the convenience.

  Really beautiful inside and out. Building is designed to fit into architectural style of Biltmore Village. I enjoyed my usual Egg McMuffin.

  The food is all the same which is awesome for a chain restaurant but the employees here and especially the managers are some of the most caring and special people. Every time I come in I am met with a smile and friendly conversations. Even when it is during their rush or end of shift when they are tired and really should be grumpy that someone is coming in they are always laughing and smiling. The manager who was in the Air Force is the best worker I have ever seen and should really be promoted or own his own franchise. He is the person who keeps me coming back. The fact he also speaks Spanish shows that he cares about all his customers and wants to provide an experience to each of them and connect on a personal level. I hope this gets to the top cooperate level so he can be rewarded for his hard work.

  It was clean and service was nice and and fast. My friend an I enjoyed the food and the piano music.
