  Just ordered a medium fry which was given very quickly. They looked a bit over cooked but I thought maybe they would be ok. I ate two of them and they were awful so I politely asked if I could trade them in for fresh ones which was met with, "The thing is they just came out of the fryer." I threw the full order of fries in the trash and walked out. I was a bit ticked off by this and if there hadn't been two other people waiting I would have just asked for my money back. Very disappointed in the lousy customer service.....how hard is it to just make some more fries?!

  *Sigh* I am reminded why I don't eat at fast food anymore. A lady ahead of me placed an order. Then I placed an order for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Now we're both waiting, but for some reason, my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit gets cooked first. The cashier refuses to give me my food because "the other lady's order came first". Oh my goodness.
