  This not a review on whether the food is good or bad but enlightenment on operations. The current staff is toxic to work with at the moment and is not a recommended place for employment due to that only. Standards and expectations are clearly lacking; if you find yourself there you will be ousted quickly by other staff members (with in 2-3 mo.). Cross contamination occurred on the frequent from handling raw fish/oysters/steaks to handling salads and deserts. As a line cook on cold side a person should wash their hands a frequently as possible which was not the case by my fellow co-workers while being employed at this establishment. If you like undercooked steaks this place is definitely for you. I could go into detail about their products but I wont, I have had better quality food. Most of the menu is not worth the price except for a few of the oysters distributed, NY strips, salmon, trout, mussels and whole/grilled or steamed lobsters (Lobster that isnt actually used in a few of the lobster dishes). A plus would be that the bread they use is local.

  Stopped in Asheville during a snow storm and this was one of the restaurants that was open and i am so glad they were. We had been here before so we knew the food was good and they did not disappoint. Love the oysters Rockefeller. Had the salmon with lemon sauce and capers. Perfect and the staff rocked it.

  Amazing service, great food. Oysters are out of this world! Crab legs and Lobster tail are terrific and steak is delicious and always cooked to perfection. Come here as often as we can.
