  The food is good. At this location, service is unpleasant. Must be the reason it's not busy. Today 3 people walked by me into the office without a smile or hello as I stood at the counter waiting.
  
  Finally someone came out and nicely asked for my order. I was friendly. When I gave 15% I thought that was high for a place that does not offer table service and no greeting and made me wait. Also, no coffee refills at the table and you clean up yourself. I tip high because I used to be a server.
  
  The young server took my money, looked at the receipt--to see the tip no doubt-' and handed me the receipt. I said thank you and waited a beat for her to say thank you. She looked at me coldly. No thank you. No smile. No helpful guidance to find cream or silverware.
  
  Why they are so entitled and unhappy working here is unknown. Next time no tip. I'll tip at the table in cash AFTER services rendered and try to go to the other location when I can.

  Great selection of teas, cookies and muffins for anyone looking for a bite while they're working. Also has a great menu for more substantial fare, like sandwiches, soups, etc. But what I love about this place is all the power outlets to plug in laptops, phones, and tablets. They're everywhere!

  Blueberry pancake was on the spot. Perfect crispyness on the outside, most in the middle. Enough blueberries to not over power. Love shack smoothie with chocolate overtones with banana and hint of strawberry.
